Portal malfunction / updating service configuration

Hello!

After recent SSE Test Portal problems I've tried to manage my service (OntoSat Catalogue) configuration and wasn't able to save one. I've tried to remove ordering services attached to catalogue and got following issue: One of the operations has been failed to compile (though I didn't change anything there) and another is being compiled for a day (usually it takes few seconds to complete).

I assume the problem is caused by the portal upgrade. It there anything I can do to bring my service back to function?

Sincerely,
Ilya

Re: Portal malfunction / updating service configuration

Dear Ivo,

I have updated the service by re-enabling ordering interface attached to catalogue and the service was compiled succesfully. Thank you.

Sincerely,
Ilya

Re: Portal malfunction / updating service configuration

Dear Ilya,
It seams that the SSE was compiling your service during maintenance activities and the database became inconsistent.

I have reset the service status from compiling, could you try to Update your service uploading the same WSDL, Stylesheet, and schemmas?

Best regards,
Ivo Carola.

Re: Portal malfunction / updating service configuration

Hello Ilya,

The SSE Test Portal is currently being upgraded and it is natural that in the next few days some anomalies may come up.
I'm not sure this is the case, I will have a look at your service and see if I can replicate the error.

Best regards,
Ivo Carola.
