Layers tab gets empty when adding WCS layer

Dear Support,
I observed a serious problem on the Operational Portal, with the SOSI Land Cover Service.
When any WCS layer is added to the WebMapViewer configuration, the Layers tab gets completely empty and one can not use it at all.
This error occurds on the following services:
- SOSI Land Cover Service - SLCS Hungary
- SOSI Land Cover Service - SLCS Czech Republic
See also the attached file with screenshots.
Note: this can not be reproduced on the Test Portal!
Thanks for your help in advance.
Laszlo

Re: Layers tab gets empty when adding WCS layer

Thanks a lot! It works now fine.
We appreciate your efforts!

Re: Layers tab gets empty when adding WCS layer

This should be solved now.

Laszlo and/or Milan, could you confirm?

Thanks,

Paulo

Re: Layers tab gets empty when adding WCS layer

Well, regardless of the accessibility of a particular WCS service, the layer list should at least keep its user controls - but as it is, all the user buttons have disappeared too, not to mention all the 'standard' demis layers.
B.t.w.,iIf you need us to add some IP addresses to our access lists for temporary debugging purposes, we can of course do that - just let us know (off-line might be best).

Re: Layers tab gets empty when adding WCS layer

Hi, an additional note: Milan checked in the meantime that sseas1.esrin.esa.int has successful connections to the Czech WMS/WCS services. Of course the servicr towards other parties (like GIM) are blocked due to our agreement with the dataset owner (EEA).

Re: Layers tab gets empty when adding WCS layer

Hi,
thanks, this might be possible (I'll ask Milan Novacek to check).
But in my test I added the hungarian WCS service, which is for sure not blocked towards services.eoportal.org. It was enough to add this one (not the Czech one).
Ciao,
Laszlo

Re: Layers tab gets empty when adding WCS layer

Laszlo,

The services.eoportal.org portal cannot connect to the WMS/WCS service "SOSI Land Cover Service - SLCS Czech Republic", neither can the servers at GIM. We get an HTTP 403 "Forbidden".

Would you happen to have secured your service on IP address?

Best regards,
