Broken timer function for service

Hello,
We are experiencing an issue with a toolbox 7 installation, the order script sets a timer to remove the working directory but now it is not working with the following error (stack-trace excerpt):

java.lang.NullPointerException
at it.intecs.pisa.soap.toolbox.ToolboxEngine.getTimer(Unknown Source)
at it.intecs.pisa.soap.toolbox.ToolboxEngine.getObject(Unknown Source)
at it.intecs.pisa.soap.toolbox.ToolboxEngine.getSequence(Unknown Source)
at it.intecs.pisa.soap.toolbox.ToolboxEngine.getObject(Unknown Source)
at it.intecs.pisa.soap.toolbox.ToolboxEngine.executeScript(Unknown Source)
at it.intecs.pisa.soap.toolbox.ToolboxEngine.executeScript(Unknown Source)
at it.intecs.pisa.soap.toolbox.SynchronousOperation.getSynchronousResponse(Unknown Source)
at it.intecs.pisa.soap.toolbox.SynchronousOperation.processRequest(Unknown Source)
at it.intecs.pisa.soap.toolbox.Service.processRequest(Unknown Source)
at it.intecs.pisa.soap.toolbox.Toolbox.executeServiceRequest(Unknown Source)
at it.intecs.pisa.soap.toolbox.Toolbox.doPost(Unknown Source)
at javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet.service(HttpServlet.java:709)
at javax.servlet.http.HttpServlet.service(HttpServlet.java:802)

Searching the services directory I've located an empty timerStatus.xml file, that cause the issue, replacing it with a clean one restores timer function.

As for the root cause I believe it was caused by some heavy duty order requests (about 4MB). Did you try to send that kind of input to the toolbox? May it be the cause?

Best Regards,
Alan
