Securing the traffic between SSE (WebMapViewer) and OGC web services

Hi,

we're testing OGC SWE-services integration, and for security reasons would like to allow access to our servers only from SSE (Test) Portal WebMapViewer client IP addresses.

Is there a list available of which IP addresses should be allowed (in ESA IP address space) in order for the SSE & WebMapViewer clients to access our servers?

Or is there a better, more secure way to tunnel the traffic between SSE/WebMapViewer and OGC-compliant servers? (E.g. passwords or optimally HTTPS backed with client-side certificates.)

Cheers,

There currently is no other way for securing access. I'll send you a list of IP addresses.
