Detailed error for SSE order response empty

I am trying to do a sendOrder with WP240TESTONLY.
This correctly sends the SOAP request which I decode and it all looks OK.
I send back what I believe is the correct response:

statusId = 0

(not sure best way to display XML in a forum post)

All I can see in the Order Result is:
Failed to send order input to the Service Provider system, Detailed error:

How can I see any further details of the error?

(I have looked at the BPEL console and there isn't a great deal more on there other than to say an error: statusId=301 is generated in the BPEL. This code is not documented in the SSE ICD - so I don't know what it means.

Dear Richard,

It seems that the callback operation that uses http://www.dolphin.qinetiq.com:8080/SSE2/CompleteOrder
is working.

However, can you confirm that the soap location http://www.dolphin.qinetiq.com:8080/SSE2/PlaceOrder exists?

Dear Richard Horn,

After some tries, we were not able to reproduce the same error reported. However, we have on SSE a service "MSG Product selection and download" (http://services.eoportal.org/portal/service/ShowServiceInfo.do?serviceId=83814380) that uses the same bpelworflow and where you can check the files which characterize the service.
May we remind you that as service provider you have access to the files (wsdl, xsd, xsd) of all the services on SSE.

Best Regards,

Re: Detailed error for SSE order response empty

Dear Richard Horn,
It seems to be a problem on the toolbox service.

What we suggest is to check the log files for the toolbox service.

You can check them at:
/toolbox-home/log/service-name/ServiceName.log
/toolbox-home/log/service-name/synchronousInstances/*.log
/toolbox-home/log/service-name/asynchronousInstances/*.log

Please let us know how if you need more information on this.

Best Regards,
SSE Operations Team

Thank you for that.
That might be true if I was using the SSE Toolbox - but I am not - I am doing this using a Java Servlet which takes the SOAP request from the SSE Portal and parses it (this is because I am having issues getting the SSE Toolbox to work) My servlet then sends the response back to the SSE portal. It is the SSE portal that is generating the statusId = 301 error when I check in the BPEL Console. So the problem is either with my response or with the SSE portal.

R.
