ERGO PROGRESS 0905 INTECS
ERGO Progress May 2009: Intecs
The CDR meeting has been prepared and held the 8th of May.The CDR has not been closed. The ATP documentation has not been accepted. A progress meeting (Intecs+ESA) has been done to discuss the steps for the CDR closure. Intecs proposed to deliver part of the documentation immediately and the remaining documentation (depending on the HMA-T ATS) two weeks after the ATS delivery. A new payment plan for the CDR is discussed and agreed (50% immediately after the first delivery and 50% qat CDR closure). Deliverable update from GeoCat is late (including the code). Thus the CDR cannot be closed. No feedback from GeoCat regarding the possible documentation and code availability.
The AR has been moved to the end of June to allow Intecs to finalize the tests based on HMA-T input.
Missing deliverable from GeoCat. if the deliverable will not arrive beginnig of June the CDR for GeoCat cannot be closed and the AR has to be moved ahead (thus splitting again the planning).
