As part of ESA's Earth Observation Ground Segment Department, RSS has the mission to provide tools and services that support the user community in EO data exploitation.

RSS provides as well this e-collaboration area, called "Join&Share", to find or exchange information, and share ideas on Earth Observation data exploitation related projects.
